With oil saute grated carrot for 1 minute then add shreded cabbagge then the stock and let it simmer for 5 minute stir fry every now and then

Bake the ham on a parchment paper at 200 C for 5 to 10 minute

Layer baked ham on a serving bowl then drain and spoon the cabbage and carrot salad onto the ham and top with 1tsp of the stock and some scallion
