  1. 3 cuppoha
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 tspRai
  4. 4green chilli chopped finely
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  7. 1 cupsmall diced aloo
  8. 1 cupchopped onion
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tspsugar (optional)
  12. Some chopped dhania patta

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add Rai, let it splutter.

  2. 2

    Now add green chilli & curry patta, saute it for 30 sec. In goes peanuts, stir it for 30 sec. Add aloo & onion, stir-fry it until translucent. Add haldi powder & salt, mix it well. Meanwhile, wash poha. In case of thick poha, soak it for 10 minutes.

    Add in the masala, mix it well. Sprinkle some water, stir it. Cook it covered on low flame for a minute. Do not stir.

    Open the lid, increase the flame, stir it very gently. Add dhania patta, mix it gently.

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, can have in breakfast...
