Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 1 tspjeera
  3. 1 tsprai
  4. pinchhing
  5. fewcurry leaves
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1diced potato
  8. 4slited chillies
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi
  10. salt accordingly
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. 1lemon
  13. 4 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha. add salt haldi and squeeze lemon.

    Put oil in kadhie. add jeera, rai, hing, chillies, curry leave,.Then add potato, onion. fry for 10 min

  3. 3

    Add poha mix well. garnish with chopped coriander and lemon.
