  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1/2 tsprai/mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  7. 1/4 cuppeas
  8. 1/4 cupchopped carrot
  9. 1/4 cupchopped beans
  10. 1green chilli chopped
  11. Pinchhing/asafoetida
  12. 1/2 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  15. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  16. to taste Salt
  17. Garinishing
  18. 3 tbspNylon sev
  19. 1/4 cupChopped coriander
  20. 1/4 cuppomegranate

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadai add rai, jeera, hing & when seeds crackle add onion, green chilli, peanuts & sauté it well

    Once onion sauté add other veggies & sauté it then add spices

  3. 3

    Once veggies cooked well & spices mixed well add poha & garnish it with sev, pomegranate & coriander & serve hot
