  1. 200 gmpoha(soaked in water)
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1finely chopped Onion
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tspassofatida
  7. 1finely chopped green chillies
  8. leavesSome Curry
  9. 1 tbsplime juice
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. Some Pomegranate seeds
  13. Coriander
  14. 1/4 cuppeanuts
  15. Sev for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil into the pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, assofatida, green chillies and Curry leaves and soute for a minute.

    Now add peanuts and onion and cook them till onion becomes a little transparent.

    Add boiled potatoes. Now add salt, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix them well.

    Add poha and lime juice mix them properly and cook for 2 minutes.

    Poha is ready garnish with sev, onion, pomegranate seeds, green chilli, coriander and serve hot.
