Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha(flattened rice
  2. 1big size onion
  3. 1 tbsppeanut
  4. 1.1/2 tsp lemon juice
  5. 1/4 tspHing
  6. 1/2 tspGrated ginger
  7. 2chopped green chilli
  8. 1 tspSugar
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 10-12Curry leaves
  12. 1/2 tspRai
  13. 1/2 tbspRaisins
  14. roasted cashewnuts as ur choice
  15. Vegetable..Optional as ur taste(blanched,if potato.then. Should fry)

  17. 1/4 tspPepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    1st wash poha well drain the excess water.add little beat salt, pepper powder,sugar, lemmonjuice

    Take a kadhai heaOil,when oil warm nicely add rains curry leaves

  3. 3

    After cracking the tadka add chopped onion cook till like translucent.

    Add green chilli and ginger cook for a min add salt and turmeric powder cook again for a min

  5. 5

    At that time add roasted peanuts and poha cover with a lid for 2 min..Add raisins and cashewnuts mix well.

    Garnish in ur own style ready for serve

  7. 7

    Serve with cool bel sharabat
