Ingredients

  1. 2 Cuppoha
  2. 3 tablespoonOil
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  4. 2 Spoonpeanuts
  5. 2 Spoongreen peas
  6. 1finely chopped onion
  7. 2finely chopped potato
  8. 2finely chopped green chilli
  9. 1 tspmustard and cumin
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric
  11. 1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
  12. As required finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves
  13. As needed sev and chopped onion to garlish
  14. 1 tablespoonChana (chickpeas)

Cooking Instructions

    Take poha In a bowl and wash it three to four times with fresh water. Let them soak

    Put kadhai on medium flames and add oil and let it heat on medium flame. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and few curry leaves, add peanuts to the Kathai and leave it on medium flame.

    As the peanuts colour changes. Add Finely chopped onion, potato, green chilli and some green peas. Let it cook on medium flame until they get golden colour or pinkish.

    Add turmeric and salt to the mixture and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Add poha to the Kadhai which you keep soaking and add some sugar and lime juice to the mix it well to get yellow colour. Let them cook for 5-10 min.

    At last add some coriander leaves and sev and chopped onion for garnishing. Add chana into poha and enjoy your delicious homemade poha.
