Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 300-350 gmschivda(poha)
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 2tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1/2 cuppeas
  5. 1 tbsghee or oil
  6. 1 tsprai
  7. 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspHaldi
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 1Green chilli
  12. 1lemon juice
  13. 1/2 cupchopped hara dhania
  14. 1 tbspsev or bhujia for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First heat a pan at low flame. Add ghee, rai in it, add green chilli.

    Add chopped onion, tomatoes, peas, salt, haldi mirch.

  3. 3

    Then put poha in a steel sieve. Wash it, let it rest for 5 min.

    Then add soaked poha in pan, mix well.

  5. 5

    Add roasted peanuts, dhania, add lemon juice and mix it.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander and bhujia or sev.
