  1. 1 cuppoha (thick)
  2. 1big onion
  3. 1potato
  4. As needed curry leaves
  5. 1small carrot
  6. As neededGreen coriander
  7. 1lime
  8. 2 tbspgroundnuts
  9. 2,3green chillies
  10. 1/2 tsprai
  11. 1/2 tspjaldi
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped onions,potato and carrot.

    Take a pan put oil in it put rai,curry leaves,chillies and groundnuts fry them.

    After onions are tranculent put haldi and salt in it and fry them put the poha and mix it.

    Now cover it in medium flame for 5 mins.

    Put lemon juice and mix well

    Healthy poha is ready. Garnish with coriander
