Pork and Asparagus Tossed in Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce

I thought about creating a recipe using familiar ingredients that are easy to cook. I arranged those ingredients with a soy sauce dressing.

Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsPork (thin-sliced or bits)
  2. 6stalks Asparagus
  3. Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce Dressing
  4. 1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1Egg yolk (farmer-fresh, for eating raw)
  6. 1 tspHoney

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ingredients for the egg yolk and soy sauce dressing.

    Trim the asparagus and slice diagonally into 3-4 cm lengths.

  3. 3

    Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

  4. 4

    Bring water to a boil and add the asparagus. Cook for 3 minutes before draining. Next, boil the meat.

  5. 5

    After the meat changes color, drain, and submerge in ice water.

  6. 6

    Drain the meat throughly and mix with the asparagus and dressing from step 1.

  7. 7

    Arrange on a plate.
