Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsspinach
  2. 1 pcscarrot, sliced
  3. 1/2 pcsshallots, sliced
  4. 2 pcsbay leaves
  5. 1 litreswater
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 2 tspSugar
  8. 1/4 tspPepper

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Bring water with 2 bay leaves and sliced shallots to a boil

  2. 2

    Add carrots, cook until boiling

  3. 3

    Reduce the heat and add salt, sugar and pepper. Taste it.

  4. 4

    When the flavour is right, add the spinach, cook until the spinach wilts and boils, turn off the heat.

    Voila…
