  1. 2 cupsprouted matki
  2. 4 tbspkanda lasun chtani
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 4 tbsppeanut powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 4 tbspoil
  7. 1potato
  8. leavesCoriander
  9. 2onion
  10. 1tomato
  11. 1 bowlmix farsan
  12. For tadka:
  13. 1 tspjeera
  14. 1 tspmustard seeds
  15. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  16. 1 tspasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add some oil and toss the sprouted matki for 1 mins

    Cut the onion. Add oil in the pot let it warm add mustard seeds,jeera,asafoetida,curry leaves add ginger garlic paste and onion.. fry the onion in the oil now add chopped tomato cook this for 2 to 3 min now add matki,kanda lasun chatani, Mix all ingredients.

    Now add warm water red chilli powder, sliced potato and cook this mixture for 6 to 10 min add peanut. Powder

    Now serve the Misal with pav. Add misal curry in a bowl add mix farsan and serve with pav onion,and lemon
