Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlturiya ni chhal
  2. 3/4green chilli
  3. Half teaspoon lemon juice
  4. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. Half teaspoon sugar
  6. Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  7. Half teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  8. Half teaspoon Asafoetida
  9. Salt par taste

    Chop the turmeric peel and finely, chop the green chillies as well.

    Now put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, chopped chillies and turmeric peel, stir well and let it cook for 3 minutes and after a while add lemon juice and sugar, stir well and remove from heat.

    This sambhar tastes very delicious with mango juice.
