Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. For idlies
  2. 2 cuprava
  3. 2 cupsour curd
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 sacheteno
  6. For sambhar
  7. 1-1/2 cuparhar daal
  8. of your choiceMix vegetables chopped
  9. 2 tspSambhar masala
  10. 1 tbspTamarind pulp
  11. 2 tspSalt
  12. 1 tspmustard seeds
  13. as neededCurry leaves
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1/2 tspcorriander powder
  16. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add sooji and curd and whisk it well add little water if you feel it thick...keep aside for 1/2 an hour

    Take a pressure cooker and add arhar daal and vegetables also put salt in it...pour 2 glass water. Cover the lid and give 4-5 whistles

    Now for tadka take oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds sambhar masala chilli powder, corrinder powder tamarind pulp and pour into the sambhar.

    Boil sambhar on a slow flame for 15 minutes

    Now its the time to make idlies...in the idli batter add eno and set on the greased idli moulds

    Steam them for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot idlies with sambhar.
