Ingredients

  1. for idili..
  2. 1/2 kgfine rava
  3. 250 gmcurd
  4. to tastesalt
  5. baking soda
  6. chopped badam
  7. chopped coriander
  8. rasins
  9. for sambhar...
  10. 1 cuparhar dal
  11. chopped vegetables...beans,carrot,ladyfinger,pumpkin,bottlegaurd
  12. 2tomato paste
  13. 1/4 cuptamarind
  14. sambhar masala
  15. black salt
  16. for tempering..
  17. 1 tspmustard seed
  18. 4-5whole red chilli
  19. 1 tspchanadal
  20. 1 tspurad dal
  21. 1 tspred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add curd and water in rava and make a smooth batter

    Add 1 tsp soda and mix put this batter in idli plate and sprinkle chopped badam,coriander and rasins and make idli in idli maker

    Boil dal aling with turmeric and salt

  4. 4

    Mash it and keep aside

  5. 5

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a wok and add mustard seed and chopped vegetables stir for 7-8 min and add tomato paste

    Cover it and cook the vegetable when it cooked add mashed dal in it

    Add sambhar masala,salt and tamrind water according to your taste

  8. 8

    Simmer it and add tempering in it

  9. 9

    For chutney grind nariyal,baked channa,salt,green chilli to fine paste

  10. 10

    Add tempering of mustard seed and whole red chilli
