  1. 1 headcabbage; peeled, cored, and cut into eighths
  2. 2 stickbutter
  3. 1 tbspfennel seed
  4. 1salt and pepper

    Heat butter in a large saute pan. Add fennel seed. Add cabbage when butter browns. Stir.
