Ingredients

  1. Oha(leaves)
  2. Salt
  3. 3Fresh pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonUziza seed
  5. 1wrap Ogiri
  6. 1/4 kgMeat
  7. 2medium sized Stockfish
  8. 15 piecesCocoyam
  9. 3Maggi cubes
  10. 3cksp Palmoil
  11. 2cksp Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cook the cocoyam.cook for 35minutes.

    Peel and pound with mortar,pound very well to avoid lumps.

    Boil the meat and stockfish with maggi and salt.

  4. 4

    When the meat is done,pour in water for the soup and boil for 3mins.

    Add the cocoyam,mould it in balls and add inside,pour in palmoil.

    Boil for 15minutes,add the ogiri by now the soup will be a bit thick.

    Boil for 5minutes,add crayfish,fresh pepper,maggi,uziza(blended) and salt.

    Cut the oha and wash.

    Boil for 7-10mins.taste for salt

    Add the oha leaves.boil for 2mins soup is good to go.
