Ingredients

  1. 3Potao boiled.
  2. 1 cupPaneer
  3. 1 cupCabbage chopped
  4. 1Boiled and grated beetroot
  5. 1Carrot grated
  6. 1Spring onion stem chopped
  7. 1 cupSpinach chopped
  8. 1 tbspCornflour
  9. 2 slicesbread
  10. 1 tbspCoriander
  11. 2Green chilli
  12. 1 tspDhania powder
  13. 1 tspAmchoor
  14. to tasteSalt and garam masala
  15. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Collect all the ingredients.Mashed potatoes.

    Grate paneer.Mix in all chopped vegetables and paneer into potato.

    Add bread slices to this mix.

    Add all the spices and knead it like a dough.

    Add salt and coriander.

  6. 6

    Now divide the dough into equal balls.

  7. 7

    Flatten the balls and smear them in prepared cornflour water.

    Shallow fry them on non stick tawa till they get brown.

    Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
