    Blend your tomatoes, pepper, onions, ginger to your desired paste then parboil for sometime say 30mins or more.

    Place a new pot and add your vegetable oil, when is hot add your onions, curry leave then add your tomatoes paste and keep stirring to avoid it burning allow it for a while then add your spices then lasting your beef and fish. Your stew is ready.
