Ingredients

  1. 1 kgturkey gizzard (stock)
  2. Stockfish flakes (cooked)
  3. medium size bowl of Ugu (washed and sliced)
  4. medium size bowl of Okro (washed and sliced)
  5. Medium size Onion
  6. Droppalm oil
  7. Grounded Cameroon pepper and crayfish
  8. Kpomo (!washed and chopped)
  9. 2 cupsPeriwinkle
  10. 2Seasoning cubes
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Inside pot mix the pre cooked gizzard and stockfish with kpomo and add seasoning cubes, crayfish, salt and pepper and allow to simmer

  2. 2

    Add sliced okro and onion and periwinkle and a drop of oil. Cook for a while

  3. 3

    Add ugu, stir and put off the heat
