Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupchana dal
  2. 1/4 cupurad dal
  3. 1/4 cuptoor dal
  4. 1/4 cupmoong dal
  5. 2chillies
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 2 tbspcurry leaves, finely chopped
  8. 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  9. 1 pinchasafoetida
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak aal the daals for minimum two hours.

    Drain and put dals in a blender with 2 chilli and 1 inch ginger to a coarse paste without adding water.

    Add chopped coriander leaves, pinch hing and 1 tsp salt to the ground dal mixture.

  4. 4

    Keep oil in a wok for frying.
    Take small portion of dal mixture and fry like wadas

  5. 5

    Turn so that they get fried from all the sides

  6. 6

    Take out when golden crispy. Enjoy with chutney
