In a bowl sieve flour and baking powder, then add all the dry ingredients and mix well

Add the egg mix then slowly add the water as you knead till you achieve a nice, soft and slightly sticky dough

Cover and let rise to double size

Divide dough to 4 balls

Whilst the balls are covered, take one roll 1/2" and cut to 4 pieces, put aside. Repeat with the remaining balls, once done arrange on greased baking tray and cover to let them rise

Pre heat oven to 180°

Put the tray in the oven and let cook for 8 to 10mins

Remove from oven, dab with butter and keep them covered
