  1. ایک کپ ثابت مسور کی دال تین گھنٹے بھیگی ہوئی
  2. آدھا کلو چاول اچھے والے
  3. دو عدد پیاز باریک کٹی ہوئی
  4. چار عدد ٹماٹر باریک کٹے ہوئے
  5. آدھا چائے کا چمچ ہلدی
  6. دو کھانے کے چمچے لہسن ادرک پیسٹ
  7. ایک کھانے کا چمچ لال مرچ پسی ہوئی
  8. آدھا کپ ائل
  9. آدھا کپ پودینہ
  10. چھ سے سات ہری مرچیں
  11. دو عدد چکن کیوبز
  12. ایک کھانے کا چمچ زیرہ
  13. ایک چائے کا چمچ ثابت کالی مرچ

    آئل گرم کرکے پیاز کو ہلکا سا براؤن کر لے جب پیاز براؤن ہو جائے تو اس کے اندر لہسن ادرک کا پیسٹ زیرہ ثابت کالی مرچ کو بھون لیں پھر اس کے اندر لال مرچ ہلدی ٹماٹر ھری مرچ نمک اور پودینہ کو اچھی طرح بھون لیں پھر اس کے اندر دال کو ڈال کر 2 منٹ تک بھون لیں

    جب دال اچھی طرح بھون جائے اور ائل نزر آنے لگے تو اس کے اندر ڈھائی گلاس پانی ڈال کر ایک ابال دی پھر اس کے اندر چاول کو ڈال کے تھوڑا سا پانی خشک کر کے دم پر رکھ دیں 15 منٹ کے لیے اس کے بعد آپ کا مصور دال پلاؤ تیار پھر اس بلاؤں کو تلی ہوئی مرچیں سلاد اور رائتے کے ساتھ صرف کریں
