Ingredients

30 mins
3 to 4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgBaingan(brinjal)
  2. 250 gmYogurt (dahi)
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcurry powder
  5. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspall spice powder
  9. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  10. 5,6whole red chilli
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. 2 stickCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take brinjal & cut in to thik round slices.

    Sprinkal pinch of salt& red chilli powder,mix it and fry.

  3. 3

    Take 2 tbsp oil,and add all spices,cook 5 mins.

  4. 4

    Now take serving dish & add some plain yoghurt,then add some cooked spice mixture.

    Put fry brinjal on it,and again pour some yoghurt,on it, reapet same lyer till ends.

    Now sprinkal coriander leaves on top.

  7. 7

    Now take 2 tbsp oil in pan and add cumin,whole chilli,curry leaves,cook for 2 secnd,and pour it,on top of dish.

    Dahi waly baingan is ready, Try at your home,and enjoy.
