Dice the peppers and onions small 1/3 inch dice

Add the beef base to the ground beef. Mix very well. Make mini meat balls. They should be about an inch in diameter

Cook off the meat balls in the oven on a sheet pan.

Use the grease from the meat to saute the fresh veggies. Drain when done n toss the grease.

Put everything in a crockpot and cook on high 1 hour and then, on low for 5 hours.

Mince cilantro and add as a garnish. Serve with cheese n sour cream.
