Methi Na Gota (Methi Pakoda or Fenugreek Fritters) !!
Cooking Instructions

Take besan, rava, finely chopped green chillies, roughly crushed black peppercorns, coriander seeds, ajwain, sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Gradually add water to make a thick batter. Make sure no lumps are there in the batter.
Further add chopped methi, fresh green coriander leaves, and salt and mix well. Then add baking soda and add 1 tbsp hot oil on it and gently mix. Then add the remaining 1 tbsp hot oil and again gently mix. - 3
Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Make lemon-sized balls from the prepared batter and deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour from all sides. Remove on a paper napkin.

Serve hot Methi Na Gota with tamarind dates chutney, curd, tomato ketchup, or fried green chilies, and enjoy !!
