Cooking Instructions

Clean green Amaranth and chop it finely. Soak the arhar dal.

Add some salt and turmeric with water and dal. Cover it and cook on low flame. Once dal is cooked, add washed green Amaranth. Continue to cook. Take a pan. Add oil. Add crushed garlic.

Add asafoetida in the oil. Add red chilli powder in the curry. Pour the garlic oil on top of it. Mix it well. Continue to cook for some more time. Once it is properly cooked, serve hot.
