Steps

Wash and parboil the rice and leave to drain in a sieve

In a medium sized pot,pour in the tomato stew,meat stock and coconut milk.leave to boil for 5 mins

Pour the parboiled rice into the pot,add the chopped onions,ground crayfish, stock cubes,pepper and salt to taste(liquid in the pot should be at same level with the rice,if not add the liquid)

Cover and leave to cook on medium heat until all the liquid in the pot dries up

Turn off heat

It can be served with vegetable and fried plantain,salad or moi-moi with meat of choice.Enjoy. Invited by Enefola Joy
