I used New Zealand minced meat .
Got vitamin I in spinach , mushroom D the lamb meat in cheddar chees.
492 calories in 1 cup of sour cream than heavy cream.
1 Tbs pasta water or 1 Tbs milk to mix

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 11/2 glasspasta
  2. 1 piecespinach
  3. 250-300 gminced NZ meat
  4. 1-250 gsour cream
  5. 1/2mushroom can
  6. canola oil
  7. chees for the top
  8. 1onion
  9. 3-2 clovesgarlic
  10. 1/2Ts kashmir chili powder
  11. 1Ts mix spice or masala
  12. 1/2curry powder
  13. 1/2Ts crashed black pepper
  14. 1meat stock
  15. 1 stickcinnamon
  16. 2bay leave
  17. 3cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pasta with salt and oil.

    Cut the onion and garlic.

  3. 3

    Add the oil to the pan when hot add the onion and garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the meat to the pan with cut it mushroom.

  5. 5

    Add the frozen spinach.

  6. 6

    Wait for meat mix with meat stock until the water of meat dry.

  7. 7

    Add some meat in the bottom of the dish with a of spoon sour cream.

    Add the pasta and another layer of meat with 1Tbs spoon of sour cream.

  9. 9

    Add the pasta then sour cream on the top mix it with some pasta water if needed.

  10. 10

    Add chees put in oven for 180 for 45 minutes or until done or the chees is gold.
