Steps

Wash meat, stockfish, kpomo and dryfish. Cut and wash the periwinkles

Put them inside clean pot and add all seasonings

Cut your water leaf and steam it in an empty pot

Pour it into the meat,stockfish, dry fish and kpomo. Leave it for about 5minutes and add your red oil as you desire. Still cover with the pot lid for about 5minutes

Cut your usuza leaf and add periwinkles

Add your grounded egusi with crayfish

Washing and pounding the afan leaf or you can use small engine to ground it

Add afan leaf into the pot and cover for 10minutes. Bring it down after stirring, your afan mi soup is ready can be eaten with any swallow preferable akpu
