Ingredients

  • 6Garlic cloves garlic
  • 2 tspginger paste
  • 1Curry leaves
  • 1Mustard Seeds, oregano
  • 1Carrots, capsicum chopped into small pieces
  • 6- Beans chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 Cupvegetable(Cauliflower, cabbage chopped finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cupTomato pureed and soya sauce
  • 1chilli Powder
  • 1 Coriander Powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspCumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 2-3 cupWater
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • as neededMozzarella cheese as required

Steps

  1. 1

    METHOD:
    Cook A. B. C. The. pasta in lots of salted water as per requirement. Drain it and set aside.

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds, garlic and curry leaves. Let them sizzle for a min.

  3. 3

    Add in onions and saute for a min.
    Now add in all vegetables and saute for a min.

  4. 4

    Add in all spice powder and mix well. Add in tomato puree, salt and sugar. Add in 1 cup of water and cook till thevegetables are cooked.

  5. 5

    Now add in 1/4 cup more water and bring it to boil. Add in the cooked pasta and toss well. Let it cook and simmer for 5 mins or so, till the pasta absorbs the masala and all the masala gets stuck to the pasta.

  6. 6

    Add in coriander leaves and mix well. Serve A. B. C. The. pasta with mozzarella cheese.
