Ingredients

  1. for peri peri masala
  2. 1 tbspRed chilli
  3. 1 tbspGarlic powder
  4. 1 tspChilli flakes
  5. 1 tspOregano
  6. 1 tspBlack salt
  7. 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  8. 1/2 tspGinger powder
  9. 1 tspPowdered sugar
  10. 1 cupFor stuffing -red, green, yellow chopped capsicums
  11. 1 tbspSweet corns
  12. 1 tbspPaneer chopped
  13. 1 tbspOnion chopped
  14. 1 tbspChopped garlic
  15. 1 tbspCorrinder leaves chopped
  16. 1 cupMozzarella cheese
  17. 4 tbspButter
  18. 1 tbspGarlic chopped
  19. 1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  20. 6Pav breads

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop onion, different colours bell peppers, sweet corn, paneer and minced garlic and mix all together

    In another bowl mix red chilli powder, oregano,salt,and all dry masala mix well

    Add this mixture to the veggies and mix well

  4. 4

    Add cheese and coriander leaves and mix

    Cut pav mid way into small squares and stuff this veggies mixture in the space in the between.

    In a bowl melt butter add finely chopped garlic and coriander and apply this top on the stuff pav.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 6-7 minutes until crisp.Serve hot
