Roughly chop the tomatoes, cucumber and celery to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the basil and garlic to the juicer first followed by the cucumber, tomatoes and celery. Pour into a chilled glass, add cayenne (if using), stir, and serve. Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup or Mason jar for up to 12 hours. Shake well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.

Tip: for a raw Bloody Mary mock tail, stir in the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp of Tamara or Bragg Liquid Aminos and a pinch of horseradish to the finished juice
