  • 2 PoundsSockeye Salmon Filets [steamed - check for any bones]
  • 1 tbspLemon Pepper
  • 1/2 CubeSalted Butter
  • 1 tbspFresh Dill
  • 1 tspGranulated Garlic
  • 1 tspGranulated Onion
  • 1 CupWhite Wine
  • 1/2 CubeSalted Butter
  • 1/2 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  • ● For The Dip
  • 3 (8 oz)Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese [room temp]
  • 1/2 CupSour Cream
  • 1Small Red Onion [fine minced]
  • 1 tbspMinced Garlic
  • 1 tbspHorseradish
  • 1/2 CupGreen Onions [sliced]
  • SqueezeOf 1/4 Fresh Lemon
  • 2 tbspCapers
  • 3 DropsHickory Smoke [optional]

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in the Salmon section in a skillet. Steam your fish with a tight fitting lid for 20 minutes. No need to flip fillets.

    Drain fish on paper towels. Remove skin. Fork feather fish. Check for any bones. Chop any vegetables and mix everything together well in the ● Dip section. Chill for 1 hour and serve on toasted bagels. Or, with fresh crispy vegetables to the side.

    Garnish with fresh chives and lemon wedges. Enjoy!

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
