Cooking Instructions

For the dough mix all ingredients n work the dough till not sticky to surface or hands about 15mins/20.

Let proof and double in size in a warm area 10-20 mins

In another bowl all filling ingredients mix together and set aside with a spatula or wooden spoon
- 4
Once dough is double punch down and roll into a rectangle (chapati thin)

Apply the cinnamon paste to all corners of the dough

Cut into strips and roll up into rolls
- 7
Let double in size and bake to a golden brown.

Make the glaze till slightly syrupy pour on the warm rolls

Pull away and enjoy

These cinnamon rolls take a lot of work but are very worth it if you have the time. Notice the full pound of butter these rolls call for? They are the best I've ever had. Thick and chewy; sweet and cinnamon-y. I think the frosting is what makes these stand apart. I don't care for the cream cheese frosting found on so many recipes. These have lots of thick, fluffy frosting made from powdered sugar and it's hard to beat. Makes 2 dozen 4" rolls so invite friends and family.Mutus
