This is colourful holi special dish ..
Enjoy Colourful Spicy Tangy Dahi Vada ..
Cooking Instructions

Wash urad dal thoroughly 4 times.
And soak in water fir at least 3 hours. - 2
Strain all water and grind in mixer, if needed add couple of tsp water, otherwise don't add.

Keep aside vada batter for at least 1 hour.

Keep ready salted hot water to soak vada in it.

Heat oil in kadai, Add salt, eno soda in batter, mix well.

Put vada in hot oil, fry until golden yellow. Keep aside to cool it.

Now add all vada in hot water, to make super soft.

Add sugar and salt in chilled dahi, churn well..

In a serving dish, arrange soft vada..
Pour dahi on it.. Put all 3 chutneys on it, sprinkle roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder, coriander, and pomegranate seeds.. - 10
Ready to serve, colourful spicy tangy dahi vada..
