Ingredients

  1. 3Raw Mangoes
  2. 1/2 cupMint leaves
  3. As neededIce cubes
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1 tbspLemon juice
  6. 2 tspRoasted cumin powder
  7. 1 tspPepper powder
  8. 1/2 cupSugar
  9. 1/2 tspBlack salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the mangoes & cut them into cubes. Cook it in a pressure cooker. (2 whistles). Cool it.

    Strain it. Store the remaining water in an ice tray or glass bottle. Blend the mango pulp with sugar mint leaves. & water

    Pour it into a jar. Then add lemon juice, salt, roasted cumin powder & pepper powder. Mix it well.

    Serve it with ice cubes & cold water Beat the heat with this chilled & Refreshing treat.
