Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack dal
  2. 1 1/2 cup cup rajma
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 2 tspred Chilli powder
  5. 2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 /2 tsphaldi powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 4 tspcup oil
  9. 2 cups water
  10. 2onion
  11. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 cuptomato puree
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. 11 butter cube
  15. 4 tsp4 tsp fresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker add overnight soaked dal, salt, water and rajma. Cook for 3-4 whistles and then cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

    In a kadhai add oil onions, ginger garlic paste. And cook till it changes to pink red

    Add tomato puree and cook till the oil separates

  4. 4

    Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, haldi powder and fresh coriander. Mix well

    Add the cooked dal and mix well

  6. 6

    Cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes. Add water if required.

  7. 7

    Add butter, fresh cream and keep on low flame for 5 minutes

    An your yummy dal makhani is ready to serve
