  1. 2onion chopped
  2. 200 gmWhite peas
  3. 2tomato chopped
  4. 4Green chilli
  5. 1/2 inchGinger
  6. 1 tspginger paste
  7. 1 tbspLemon juice
  8. 4 tbspimli pulp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsphaldi
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tspchat masala
  13. 1 tspjeera masala
  14. 1 tspjeera
  15. 1 tbspoil

    Wash and soak white peas overnight.

    Change the water next day.Pressure cook for 3 whistle adding salt and haldi. Allow it to cool

    Heat kadai add oil, Cumin Seeds and saute for a few seconds.
    Next, add finely chopped onions and saute.
    Add Ginger & Garlic paste and mix well.

    Now add Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, and Coriander Powder along with chopped Tomatoes.
    Mix well and add water to cook the tomatoes.
    Add Salt and imli pulp and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
    Finally, add Garam Masala Powder.

    Add boiled peas and cook again till it is a little thick.

    Serve hot garnish with green chilli ginger onion tomato and lemon juice.
