#icookathome #quarantinelife This delicious savoury made from easy available few ingredients like poha ( flatten rice), potato and flavored with spinach leaves and coriander leaves, regular spices. I had spinach leaves..but you can use coriander leaves , phudina also. For healthy version wanted to make it in Airfryer..but couldn't make it crisp from outside as required.( It became more soft). Hence deep fried it for tea time snacks.

Ingredients

  1. 100 gmthin variety of poha
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cupfinely chopped spinach leaves and coriander leaves
  4. 2-3spicy green chillies
  5. 1" ginger paste
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil for deep fry
  9. Tomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha in running water. Keep aside for 10 mins. Wash and finely chopped spinach leaves and coriander leaves, green chillies ginger in chopper. In mixing bowl add mentioned ingredients.(Expect oil for frying). Mix well.

    Prepare equal portions from prepared dough. Roll into cylindrical shape.

    Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden brown.

    Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Poha Cutlets with tomato ketchup.
