I made this easy curry with ingredients I had at home.

Use your family's preferred condiment for its subtle flavor.
I recommend using garam masala to make it authentic.
You can also add lentil beans or finely chopped lotus loots. Recipe by KaoRi

  6. 1 tbspGaram masala
  7. 1 tbspJapanese Worcestershire-style sauce

  9. 3 1/2to 4 cubes Japanese curry roux cubes (of your choice)
  10. 400 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mince the carrot and onion.

Add the carrot and ground meat. Stir-fry over medium heat, and season with salt, pepper and garam masala. Sitr-fry until it's thoroughly cooked.

When the roux is dissolved, add the Japanese Worcestershire sauce. Continue simmering for another 5 minutes, and then serve.
