Ingredients

  1. Egusi
  2. Boiled meat
  3. 3medium dry fish
  4. Stock fish
  5. Grinded Cray fish
  6. Seasoning
  7. Uguleaf
  8. Palm oil
  9. Pepper and onions
  10. Salt
  11. Locust bean

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot,put 4 tablespoon of Palm oil with onions and fry

  2. 2

    Add blended pepper and onions and fry a bit,then add your locust beans and fry for few minutes

  3. 3

    Then add your stock.(if it's not up to the quantity needed,you can add water)

  4. 4

    Then put in your boiled meat,stock fish,and dry fish

  5. 5

    Add seasoning and salt to taste then cover your pot and let it cook for 10 to 20 mins

    When it has boil,you can then put in your grinded egusi and Crayfish and allow it to cook well

  7. 7

    Wash and drain your ugu leaf

  8. 8

    Then turn in the leaf in the boiling egusi pot
