  1. 2 cup washed jada poha
  2. 1 cuproasted peanut powder
  3. 3onion finely chopped
  4. 2green Chilli finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspCumin seeds
  8. 1 tspsaunf/fennel seeds
  9. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  10. 6-8curry leaves
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. To tasteSalt
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. 2 tbspdesiccated coconut
  15. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  16. 1 tbsplemon juice
  17. 1 Pomegranate
  18. 2 tbspBhavnagari gathia

Cooking Instructions

15-mins.

    Add salt, sugar,green chilli and roasted peanut powder and mix well in washed Poha.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard,cumin, saunf,curry leaves, which starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric powder and onion and saute till onion turns pink. Add poha peanut mixture and mix well.

    Add add desiccated coconut, coriander mix well and cook for4-5 mins.
    On slow flame. Turn off gas, add lemon juice mix properly serve hot YUMMY tasty easymade quickmade onepot meal in a plate garnish with,coconut, coriander, pomegranate and Bhavnagari Gathia.
