Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 1 tablespoonPeanuts
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 5-6curry leaves
  6. Handfulcoriander leaves
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 teaspoonsugar
  10. 1 tablespoonlemon juice optional
  11. 1 tablespoonoil
  12. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  13. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha nicely and remove in a strainer keep aside.

    Chop onions, green chilies, coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds allow to splutter.

  4. 4

    Add peanuts and allow Peanuts to change color, now add green chillies and roast nicely.

  5. 5

    Add onions and little salt, helps to cook onion faster, once onions are cooked add curry leaves and turmeric powder and mix nicely, now add sugar.

    In washed poha add salt and coriander leaves and mix nicely, it helps coriander leaves to coat poha nicely.

  7. 7

    Now add poha to kadai and mix nicely, add lemon juice now cover and cook for 3-4 mins.

    Serve with smile.
