Ingredients

15 minutes
2 Servings
  1. 1 big bowlflattened rice flakes
  2. 2onions, finely chopped
  3. 1potato finely chopped
  4. 2 spoonsginger chilli paste
  5. 1 tsp Turmeric
  6. 1lemon juice
  7. 4-5curry leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  10. 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  11. As required Oil
  12. As per taste Salt
  13. Handful Finely chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes

    Take poha clean it and then transfer into the strainer. Now wash them for 2-3 times.

    Now take a pan and add oil around 2-3 spoon to it.

  3. 3

    When oil get heat add mustard seeds, jeera, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped onions to it and give it a mix.

    Now add ginger chilli paste and mix well. Now add potatoes then add little salt and mix it.

    Now close pan to cook potatoes nicely.

    Now add turmeric powder and mix well.

  7. 7

    Now add soaked poha, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and give it a nice mix.

    Now take out in a bowl and enjoy delicious kanda poha.
