Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 1/2 cupWater
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1/4 teaspoonAsafoetida
  5. 1/4 teaspooncumin seeds
  6. 1/4 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 4Curry leaves
  8. 2onion chopped
  9. 1green chiily chopped
  10. 1 tbspgroundnut
  11. 1/2 tbspsugar
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. 1 tbspfine chooped coriander leaves
  15. 1/2lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    First take a strainer pour poha and soaked it with water.

    Then take a wok heat oil add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves spluter it.

    Then add onion saute it add green chilli and groundnut cook 2 min on low flame

  4. 4

    Then add sugar, turmeric powder mix well add salt and cook 1 min on low flame

  5. 5

    Then add soaked poha mix well add cook 2 min on low flame.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves.... Ready your M.P kanda poha.
