  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 6-7curry leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  9. 1/2lemon juice
  10. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves

    Wash the poha with water and instantly strain the water from it.

    Heat a pan put oil and tamper with mustard seeds into it than add green chilli, curry leaves and chopped onion.

    Saute for 2 minutes then add salt and turmeric and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add washed poha into it and mix well.

  5. 5

    Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame then add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix lightly.

    Switch off the flame and serve hot.
