  1. 200 gpoha
  2. 4 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 cuppeanut
  4. 3chopped green chillies
  5. 1big size chopped onion
  6. 1/4hing
  7. 1 tspmustard and cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. As required lemon juice
  12. As required coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a strainer into it add poha and wash poha twice and set it aside for about 5 minutes and let the water drain out completely. Add salt sugar and lemon juice. Mix lightly and leaves aside 5 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan and hing and add in the peanut and lightly saute them till light golden brown. Add in mustard and cumin seeds.Once they splutter add curry leaves chillies and chopped onion saute the onions to it it until onions golden brown. After that add boil potatoes and mix well. Add poha and mix it. Cover and steam it for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.

    Now your delicious Bombay special style is kanda poha is ready to serve with masala chai.
