  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 3/4 tspsalt
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 2 tbsppeanuts
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. 1 tspcumin ( jeera )seeds
  7. pinchhing / asafoetida
  8. As needed curry leaves
  9. 1onion finely chopped
  10. 2chillinfinely chopped
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. 2 tsplemon juice
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. 2 tbspcoriander finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    At first wash and shok poha add sugar and, salt on soaked poha and mix well.

    Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a large kadhi and roast 2 tbsp peanuts on low flame.
    roast until the peanuts turn crunchy. keep aside.

    In the same oil, add mustard, cumin, pinch hing and few curry leaves.

    Further add 1 onion, 2 chilli and saute well.saute until onions become translucent.
    Now add ¼ tsp turmeric and saute well.
    add in soaked poha and mix gently until everything is combined well.

    Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    coriander and 2 tsp lemon juice. mix gently.

    Our kanda poha is ready to serve.
