Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 2 tbspcooking oil
  3. 1/8 tspasafoetida
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1onion
  6. 1potato
  7. 1Tomato
  8. 2Green chilli
  9. 8-10curry leaves
  10. 1/4 bowlpeanuts
  11. To tastesalt
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tspMaggi magic masala
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. 1 tsplemon juice

    Peel wash and Chop onion, green chilli and potatoes. Clean peas.

    Wash poha in a colander and drain excess water. And keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    In a wok dry roast peanuts for 2 minutes and remove it in a plate.

    Now add cooking oil in the wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add asafoetida and saute for 1 minute. Add onion and cook till onion gets translucent. Add curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped potatoes, green chilli and peas. Cover the lid and Cook for 5 minutes or till veggies are soft. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder magic masala and mix thoroughly.

    Add chopped tomatoes, chilli and roasted Peanuts and mix well. Then add poha and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix sugar and lemon juice.

    Serve hot. Garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
